Good to ask

How long does a will take?

Most wills are drafted within five working days of our first meeting and signed at our office or at your home. Urgent wills can be completed the same day.

What if my estate is complicated?

We quote a fixed fee after reading the details on the free call. If a trust, a business or a property abroad is involved, we say so before you commit.

Do you offer home visits?

Yes, within thirty miles of the office, at no extra charge. We also meet by video if that is easier for you or your family.

Who will I be speaking to?

A partner, always. Elena or David Marsh handles every matter personally, with support from our paralegal, Priya.

What happens if I change my mind?

You can stop at any point before the work begins for nothing, and afterwards you pay only for the stage completed.
